Explain its internal operation and why your voltage changes
T.P.S sensor is a variable resistor which is used for altering electrical potential, as the arms on the carbon resistor pushed the throttle( when the throttle is closed ) the resistance gets higher and the voltage gets lower. That's why the voltage changes.
